After Builders Clean (Minimum 6 hours – £14 per hour)
After the stress of having your property renovated, refurbished or just generally updated, there is no doubt your builders will have left the property in a bit of a mess. We would be happy to get your property back to how it belongs once the work has been completed and the dust settles.
So whether you will be moving into the property, have tenants due to be moving in, or are planning to place the property on the market, you, your tenants to be or your viewers will see the property at its best, ensuring an easier sale or let and often helps towards the offer amount put forward.
After Party Clean (Minimum 3 hours – £15 per hour)
All work and no play made jack a dull boy, a personal favourite quote. Most of us work really hard and occasionally enjoy a good party to let our hair down, although hosting a party can seem like a good idea at first, cleaning up the mess left from the night before can be very stressful .
